Multiloader v5.67 – Samsung Bada OS Flashing Software

multiloaderv567samsungb   As we all know Multiloader has been the prime software for the firmware flashing our Samsung Wave series devices. Multiloader v5.67 is the latest version and many of our sites link to this software is down.So we are again uploading it because everybody needs this software. There is a small guide on how to flash your Samsung Wave series phone through multiloader given below :-

This guide is created by neerajganga

Multiloader.is a downloader software used to flash/install/upgrade ROM or firmware on Samsung phone models that running Bada OS and other models that have supported chipset by multiloader. Chipset supported by multiloader are MSM6250/MSM6250A, MSM6275/MSM6280/MSM6290, MSM6245/MSM6260, MSM7200A, LSI, BRCM2133, BRCM2153, MDM9200, MSM7x30 Q- How to upgrade Firmware on Samsung Bada phone using multiloader? There is many models of Samsung phone that using Bada OS such as S8500, S8530, M210s, etc. You can see the complete models here. Below are example guide to flash/ upgrade ROM/firmware on Samsung Wave S8500 :
  • Samsung Kies need to be installed so S8500 download mode driver will be detected or you can download S8500 Driver here.
  • Download Multiloader V5.67 from link below.
  • Check your S8500 firmware by pressing *#1234# and download suitable S8500 firmware.
  • Check Simlock by pressing *#7465625# and make sure Network lock is OFF. DO NOT flash the firmware if you have S8500 with Network locked since it will make your S8500 phone freezed after upgrade!.
  • Open multiloader V5.67.
  • Select LSI.
  • Tick Full Download if you have boot file on the firmware that you have downloaded or leave it untick if the firmware does not have boot file BUT you need to make sure that the firmware with no boot file are same region with your phone firmware. DO NOT flash the firmware if the firmware boot file is old than phone boot file and DO NOT flash the firmware with no boot file if it different region with your phone firmware, ignoring those will make your S8500 bricked!.
  • Click Boot and select boot firmware file, leave blank if the firmware does not have the boot file.
  • Click Amss and select amss firmware file, leave blank if the firmware does not have the amss file.
  • Click Apps and select apps firmware file, leave blank if the firmware does not have the apps file.
  • Click Rsrc1 and select rsrc1 firmware file.
  • Click Rsrc2 and select rsrc2 firmware file, and make sure to select LOW rsrc2 file .
  • Click Factory FS and select factory fs firmware file, leave blank if the firmware does not have the factory fs file.
  • Click SHP APP and select shp app firmware file.
  • Click CSC and select csc firmware file.
  • Click FOTA and select fota firmware file, leave blank if the firmware does not have the fota file.
  • Click PFS and select pfs firmware file.
  • Put your S8500 into download mode by pressing and holding Volume Down + Camera + Power button while the phone in off state.
  • Plug in USB cable and wait until driver intalled.
  • Click Port Search and make sure your S8500 detected in multiloader.
  • Click Download and do nothing until the process is finished.
  • It’s recomended to do a hard reset on S8500 after upgrade by pressing *2767*3855#.

Hello, i am using wave 2 (s8530) and i just got Probox2 aka Uhost2 a few days ago and i'm the one who is suffering from very low internal memory space of UHost2. i can't install games that need large memory space (about 1 GB up) together, such as Gameloft's Asphalts 7, Dungeon Hunter or Let's Golf 3 (which refuse to run for now). I've search the internet and found solution that many of you may already know, change mount point in /etc/vold.fstab . i've tried and seems to make it work so i'd like to share it with you guys.   As normal, Doing this at your own risk. If you have apps that moved to SDcard or apps that have data in sdcard, you may need to move those data to external SD card or reinstall those apps to make them work. What you need. 1. Uhost2, other similar android mini PC device should work too. 2. Micro SD card up to 32GB (according to the device spec.) 3. A root explorer app or skill to mount/change file system permission. Procedure 1. Format/convert your SD card to NTFS file system. fat or exfat file system has problem that cause file corruption when write large or many files into it when using with rk30xx device (detailed thread at the bottom). 2. Use root explorer browse to folder /etc and mount it R/W (default is R/O) 3. Make a copy of file vold.fstab just in case. 4. Edit vold.fstab, change 2 lines from dev_mount flash /mnt/sdcard auto /devices/virtual/mtd/mtd9/mtdblock9 dev_mount sdcard /mnt/external_sd auto /devices/platform/rk29_sdmmc.0/mmc_host/mmc0 to dev_mount flash /mnt/external_sd auto /devices/virtual/mtd/mtd9/mtdblock9 dev_mount sdcard /mnt/sdcard auto /devices/platform/rk29_sdmmc.0/mmc_host/mmc0 5. Save file, shut down device, insert sdcard, turn on device. 6. Check storage property in settings -> storage. You should see NAND FLASH has size of your external sd card. and SD CARD with size of internal memory. shot_000013-res.jpg 7. Try install games that need large data. That's all And about using NTFS file system. Pls. read this thread RockChip RK30 Common Bug – External SDcard Corruption! I've encountered that bug before i see above thread. "On Monday [June 22, local time] Tizen Developer Conference will be held in the United States, the development of Tizen OS is now complete and it is ready to be released," said a Samsung Electronics official told media in Korea today. "Therefore, we are planning to release a Tizen smartphones in the third quarter in overseas markets such as Europe and Japan."
 Samsung plans to launch a new brand for Tizen smartphone that will be released later in the third quarter. Samsung wants to be at the center of attention by launching the best hardware specification phone in the market.This type of strategy we have already seen by Samsung when they released bada OS, so similar plans with the Tizen OS too.Lets see how well Tizen OS does in the market.
 OS Tizen development led by Samsung Electronics and Intel is expected to be a good strong killer to Apple iOS and Google Android. Tizen will incorporate a variety of features and functions that are often used on a desktop PC, or smartphone screen is often adorned with widget support. User interface (UI) that is unique and fresh as a new icon form, function flip screen, split screen and 3D Gallery was added to Tizen. Tool to convert applications and games on iOS and Android to Tizen will also be introduced at TDC 2013.

Tizen UI and Design :Focusing on Ease of Use and Convenience
Here is the design of the Tizen OS recently shown to the world .As shown in the images below the Key design principles UX (User Experience) formed the Tizen and help set it apart from other mobile operating platforms. These principles ensure that every application that is used by the users to customize their phones according to the principles will be content-driven, focused and adaptable.
 
Content Driven
Tizen application designed to ensure that the content should be the most important element at the right time and in the right context, in which the main information should be easily visible and accessible, so that will improve both the usability and design of the application.
Displays main content
Displays main content means critical information should be highlighted through the implementation of font sizes and different colors or by changing the layout.
Information tailored to the interests of
Tizen UX offers information based on the degree of importance. For example, convey a simple message, such as " Deleted "or" Shared ", the status bar to avoid distracting the user in the main part of the application.
Placing an emphasis on fun stuff!
Users should find that the access to content is a fun process. By designing applications with attractive visual layout, interactive graphics, is expected to improve the user experience.
Important information will be displayed first
At the Detail , the user will see important information on the first screen, then can be scrollable down to see additional information.
Focus
Because users often access the application, then the application design will ensure the application will be available at all times. Function with the level of interest in various application environments can be distinguished, but the most effective way to use each function will always be the primary consideration.
Facilitate access to the main functions
Display users access most functions on the first screen. Button More (?) for every function the user may need more rarely, even if there is enough space in the footer.
Only displays important information as the default
Distinguish between important information is always displayed and any additional information that is only shown when a user requests.
Minimize user effort
By promoting user access to the main functions of the application, will minimize the effort required. For example, when a user wants to create a new item, then the application will automatically move the focus to the required input fields and offer a virtual keypad.
Make clear what to do
Disable or hide functions that are not available in certain circumstances. For example, by disabling the Save button to let the user know that the required fields are empty and shows that an event can not be saved at this time.
Easily adapted to the present Customization and Personalization
Users typically want to customize their applications based on their personal needs. That's why every application developed for Tizen should empower users to optimize according to their personal tastes.
Understanding patterns of individual users
By taking the patterns of behavior of each user, Tizen application can provide a more personal experience. For example, by ensuring the application of the most frequently used or recently become accessible, and supports users who want to find an app or content as quickly as possible.
Using customization to improve usability
Support customization not only improve the aesthetics of the application but also improve usability. By providing accessibility functions, such as font size and screen reader, will be able to help professional users can navigate more comfortable with Tizen application.
Make recommendations
Based on the use of one of the applications, the Tizen application can understand and recommend content that may be he wanted. For example, by providing advice, favorite, or history, will be able to help users perform tasks more easily and efficiently.

Havoc said that Project Anarchy which has been optimized for game development for Tizen will be available for developers who target OS Tizen start Q3 2013, to coincide with the release time of the first Tizen smartphone. For this, Havok will optimize various technologies including Tizen Project Anarchy to Havok Vision Engine, Havok Physics, Havok Animation and Havok AI Studio.

Arnaud Dupuis held a class now showing guests how to port Tizen around back to their Nexus 7 with the latest image from himself that I have posted a link to below. The slips had been shown together with this excellent to aid with the procedure. Even though this is extremely quick it gives a jist of exactly how to port Tizen to the Nexus 7 for somebody through a little technical knowledge. In this case is a video of Arnaud Dupuis operating Tizen upon the Google Nexus 7 making use of MultiROM and is a powerful excellent approach to booting to several ROMs including the Nexus 7 Extra stock ROM.
